HMS Dairy Case Packer

The Dairy Series Case Packers with all stainless steel construction to run staggered or in-line pack patterns in single or multiple layers at speeds from 15 to 30 cases per minute. 

These case packers can handle sizes from 6 oz. to 2 1/2 gallon in round, non-round, or gable-top cartons to be placed in plastic dairy crates or corrugated boxes.  Each model can be manufactured in a "D" Series, which is required for non-round containers.  They are truly in a class of their own.

This model will pack newly erected, reshipper cases or trays.

Standard Features Include:                       

• Self-aligning stainless steel case guide top plate on case lift

• Sorbothane shock pad on case lift to reduce drop impact

• Vertically mounted pneumatic case lift cylinder

• Pneumatic agitator assembly to prevent lane jams

• Allen-Bradley Model 503 PLC with pre-programmed selector switch and programming pad

• 10' Twin drag chain case conveyor with flanged end caps

• Variable speed drive on container conveyor.

• Case back-up photo eye

• Centralized lubrication cluster points for easy maintenance

• Safety interlocked Lexan guarding
